Job Overview

As a Team Driver, you are responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely. Adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies as a team driver. You must have a strong understanding of handling doubles, a commitment to timely deliveries, and exceptional service to FedEx.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Safely transport freight between various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and relays.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the truck and trailers, reporting any issues.
• Couple and uncouple trailers as needed.
• Accurately connect and disconnect converter dollies.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate hours-of-service, mileage, and delivery records using ELD (Electronic Logging Device).
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and FedEx regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues.
• Navigate routes efficiently, adjusting as needed for traffic, weather, or construction.

We are looking to hire safe, professional, dedicated team drivers to pull linehaul loads out of the FedEx Terminal in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Team drivers average 5,500 miles in a 5-day week.

Solo Runs Available.
